Disapointed

in Dark and Light
After many discussions with several gaming friends, and much anticipation, I was designated as the point man and I took the dive into Dark and Light.  There was much trepidation on all sides and I have to say that it lived up to the trepidation.  I am not happy with the game.  Poor performance, extremely non-intuitive UI, rubbery camera movement, rather unimpressive graphis at any level below the highest setting.

Sorry, but despite the many things we looked forward to about this, we will not be joining the community unless things improve drastically.

    i found the game unimpressive, bug riddled, incomplete, graphically inferior and insulting. The billing system is archaic and the customer support non-existent.

    I have never felt this much dissapointed with a game before. I've played probably a dozen mmorpgs from launch since 2000 and this is the worst one by far. Wish I hadn't spent my money on DnL, now I know I should've given it to some bum rather than paying the idiots who are responsible for this POS.

    OH MAN! You got the short stick huh? Bummer. But at least you all know now. Many many of these threads tell the truth of this game.

    I requested a refund for this game. Explaining the situation as not as advertised and the inability to play the game as intended. They issued a chargeback.

    Good decision. You are a shining example of cleverness that more members of the DNL community should follow. Don't bother waiting for DnL to improve. If anything, it will go offline and Farlan/NP3 will be closed for bankruptcy.
