    Well it looks like I'll be playing again

    Seeing the number of fixes in them, it is definately an improvement.

    But still expecting 2 more patches before monday :)

    I guess the best response here is to quote myself:

    "..The only thing that keeps this game as 'stable' as it is right now is the lack of patches. NP3 has a long and honored history of causing more problems than they fix with 'patches' esp ones that included any kind of content, as few and far between as they were...."

    Any bets on how long it will take the rest of the 12 people playing to realize what we tester have known for years?...they don't have a CLUE what they are doing.

    Is that... could it be... I think that's a negative comment from Angelfire?! I never thought I would see the day. Someone must of used his account when he wasn't around. Seph's still going strong though. Think he'll still be trying to log in days after the server's eventually shut down for good.

    great patch... vendors selling nothing and mobs normally hitting for 7-8 dam now hitting for 30-40 /shrug

    why is it that these " patches" always break something instead of fixing it?



    When i try to logout and in again it keeps telling me that i'm in an unauthorized zone and will be teleported back to my birthplace but it keep placing me various places on an island in Hel's barony where i'm totally stuck and can't move.


    Each time i login i'm beeing teleported to different locations.


    LOL, I remember people saying "it can only get better..."

    Yup, real positive haha. It is of course best to think positively though.
    Just as I am positive they'll eventually find a way to do a patch that doesn't break a dozen things for each one thing it fixes. And yes, I was in SoG. For as long as I could stand it. Or stay connected.
    The only problem being, they have under one month to do this or the playbase will be a fraction of what it is now (assuming you get a free month when you pay all that money for the game) when people start leaving after the free month.

    Are you honestly still prepared to view all this in a positive light?
    Do you honestly think you've not been completely and utterly shafted?

    - In the Dark kingdom, all Darks can teleport via the towers.
    - In the Light kingdom, all Lights can teleport via the towers.
    - In the Al-Drifa kingdom, all Darks AND Lights can teleport via the towers.
    Items:
    - BUG FIX: The quality of ingredients and of refined resources didn't match the icon.
    - Correction of the item duplication bug.

    Blocked players:
    - Players blocked because of recipes can now get in.

    Fighting:
    - Balancing of the fighting rules.

    Merchants:
    - Correction made about the opening of the merchants' HUD. For your information, this bug was impossible to recreate here, so we will be waiting for your feedback to see if everything is fine now.

    That still adresses 0 showstopping bugs. More oh shit oh shit oh shit fixes that really mean nothing. The bank fix is about the only one I can think of that is in any way a major improvement. And gauranteed that will break 3 other things.

    Lol I thought the earth would explode the day Mitra bad mouthed DnL. Mitra was a great source of attacks against anything negative or criticizing up until well yesterday. Now we just need to turn Sephoroth, Weg and Valorous.

    I don't think any sane person could play this game and say it's perfect. It's really laughable. After todays patch all the mobs get like super crits now lol but for some reason I keep playing. A level 1 mob can kill a level 2 player in 1 hit lol not every time but still. The lag seems to have been reduced and in fact once I got away from town there was no lag at all as long as you don't look toward town.

    Invert mouse STILL doesn't work....Can you believe that? lmao

    This was probably my biggest pet-peeve in SoG.  God that drove me nuts everytime I tried to move around and ended up looking at the sky when I wanted to look down.  And sadly, I'm not surprised at all that it's not fixed in the release version of SoG... er, I mean DnL.

    Basically if they do not fix the damage (and along the way do more harm) they have done with the patch swiftly this may be the last nail in the coffine for Dark and Light.
