Runescape is getting ruined.

Runescape was better way back in the day when it was much more simple. There are too many quests (like WoW), and I am overwhelmed with trying to do them all.
I quit Runescape about a month ago. It was a lot better when they has simple 2-d graphics, when party hats were still cheap, when dueling was still fun. They are trying to add too much stuff to it now and it is overwhelming. PKins sucks now, unlike back in the day when you could try to "catch" somebody.

I played Runescape when I was younger and I agree with you, the simpler version was better, but then again I was about twelve years old when I started it and I never played any other MMO, so I didn't know what was good...
Yea RunesScape is really getting worse. Now they have POH (Player Owned Houses) and if you are a member you can have fun building your house and stuff. But when you get your house and build stuff you have to rake out alot of money for the darn stuff.
What I think is SO stupid about it is that if a buddy of yours is a member and he has a house that he payed hundreds of thousands of gold on wants you to come over and see it. But because you are not a member you can't go. I mean that is a load of **** you know what i mean.
I would prefer the makers to do some more work and let non-members go to members houses. If the people spend all that money on it they should at least be able to let who ever the **** they want to come and see it.
So thats what I think about the darn houses!
You know how when you are in the wild, and you have worked so hard on you character to get your lvl up and everything. Then you go into the wilderness and kill a dude with full dragon and you get left with nothing! I mean I loved this game and I played any chance I got. But that is so GAY that you can't get member **** if you kill them. It's just lost forever in nowhere. The dang members get all the non-member stuff so why the HELL can non-members get all their stuff also. Only if you kill them. Like if you kill them you cant trade it to anyone unless its a member. But you can sell it to a store and you can where it because you earned it.
I know the reason they don't want that happening is because all the high lvl people will have dragon and the high lvl members will have no edge over the non-members.
Let me tell you this. The staff that run RuneScape suck because I typed them a long letter of some suggestions and all they do is send a computer reply that they have got it. They don't actually write you back which is very stupid. And if you write them a question they won't respond! Some one needs to tell them that people are not going to want to play it anymore if they do not even care enough to talk to the people that are supporting their game by playing or paying.
I think they took what i wrote them and did what i said. Because I told them they should add baby dragons that players can own. And now they do!! See I think they have that thing so they can get ideas but they don't even thank you or anything they just do it and watch the money pile up! Thats how their getting RICH!!!

Barry the point of Player Owned Houses is for fun,new way to raise skills and primarily take money and rares out of the economy.Too many people have made too much cash and its very easy so this skill is actually balancing out the game.You also whine and complain about how they never answer your questions or suggestions....theres a reason they have a Suggestion Forum and you can ask questions also on forums,fansites or in-game.
Also Barry,considering your asking the guy to hack you a member account makes me really doubt you had the suggestion for baby dragons.
And by judging by your other posts I can tell your a complete idiot.P2p gear has 0 effect on f2p meaning if someone wore full dragon on a f2p server it would have 0 defence,basicly like your wearing nothing.By the way,no one pks in full dragon on p2p considering its just for looks as there is much better gear for pking and training.
Slicer what the heck?? I really want a members account I dont actually want to hack some ones account but I was just really into what I was posting and didn't think. And I am NOT an idiot. And yes I did come up with the baby dragons I sent it to them. But I dont know if they got it from me or they made it up because they didn't read what I wrote.
I know if I hacked some one they would lose everything they worked so hard to get so I wouldn't want to do that because I have been hacked many times before!

Another thing is, no matter what we think about RS today, it still is one of the most succesfull MMORPGs ever made. Its what 8 yrs old? and its player base just keeps growing, not just the f2p but p2p too. How many games can do that years after launch?
Runescape is ruined by its community.
