Maybe they are still working on it?
The rss feed is to load into your rss news readers. IE7 and Firefox have ways to add the feeds to your browser and access the latest news items from a drop down menu. We will work on getting a user friendly style attached to the page so you do not see the raw xml of the feed. In the meantime setup a smart bookmark in firefox or IE7 or download one of the myriads of rss news readers out there to check it out.
