i would say 18+ for any games... they want decent criticism and if your under 18 you dont have a credit card but thats a wild guess id say throw in your 18 anyways.
hell getting a parent to sign for someone under 18 would be time consuming and honesty dont think they would want you... but thats just my opinion
18 years old is the magic number for 99% of the beta tests out there. It has been the age requirement for every single beta that I have been in. The reason for this is as Stukov pointed out, because of the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). It is a legal document and you can not legally agree to it unless you are 18 or over.
Age though as something they would look at is pointless IMO, if the people really wanted to get in the game, they would put 25 and say in their info that they are a millionarie or something, age isn't something they should look at, but how dedicated they can be and their past beta testing experience. Also they should weigh in a bit on how good their computer is, but don't make that the deciding factor.

They look at age as a way of being able to hold someone responsible. If your under 18 you cant be legally held to a contract. That way if you break said contract they can (if they wanted to) prosecute you.

Most games have no age requirement, some ask you to be older than 13, and others require you to have a parent create an account if you are under 18.
No comment on that...
Anyways, 18+ is usually required on closed betas due to the fact you have to agree to an NDA usually.

I agree with everyone else on this one.
