Hero Online Download?!

wow!hey again! Is it me or hero online said that the download will be available June 12 and now when i click download client a pop up says "Dowload will be available June14" lol weird!Hero Online looks okay but they need to work on keeping there words sometimes. Well lets all hope they will keep their word on making this game better then all the other grinding and more grinding rpg games!

    Yes, they lied. They purposely told you that the client would be available to download on June 12th so you could miss school!

    What difference does it make if you download it today or Wednesday, we still can't play it until the 15th either way.

    It makes enough difference for someone to skip school for it ;P. But yeah im with you, doesnt make a difference since u cant play till 15th.

    Eh, they probably weren't ready for the raw bandwidth burn they're going to suffer.  That, and maybe there were some last-minute patches that prevent 50 megs of patching before the game loads for the first time.

    I don't mind.  Nothing to worry about until the 15th anyhow.

    Not sure it was truly a lie... However the changes in the website and the 3 different dates I've gotten in 3 days makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes...

     its not the first time a game company pushes back a date. they're probably polishing up the game or making sure the server can handle the influx of players that will enter the servers. i have been anticipating this game since i've first heard about it and am willing to wait a few days if that will make the game more stable. i know since it will be beta there will still be much to polish and tweak, but hopefully the gameplay will be fun.

    I watched the video...

    <sigh>

    I have registered for the closed beta.  The video shows me that it looks like a typical "asian" click-to-move thing... the character movements were kinda nice but the video gameplay didn't look all that impressive to me.

    Also, I'm concerned that the video was all in a language I don't speak or read (Korean?? not sure, since I don't read it)... 

    So, if this beta isn't in English, then why would MMORPG.com put out the open beta keys?  not sure... I'm hoping they have an English version, otherwise I don't want to be a beta tester... how can I comment or even know what I"m doing if I can't read the instructions and other text???

    could b like all other asian games out there. probably started out in an asian country. then translated to english for an international server. if ur right, then don't expect perfect translations in game

    still, was hoping to dl the client today. now i just hope they don't push the release date back as well

    It looks like Silkroad online and Martial Heroes but the say it has a diferent lvling system, something to do with kill count i think.

    I looked at the interviews of the different sites on their website, and some said the 14th, some said the 13th, some said the 12th. I don't really care though, as I'm already on summer vacation, as long as the servers go up on the 15th i have no problems. But lets hope it isnt like silkroad or martial heroes, just think positive

    mistake? that's 2 theads for Hero Onlne that he's posted the exact same link. i just don't think he bothers reading previous posts. the first few times i saw him post, it was a big OH WELL. got a few of those deleted. i'm starting to think the only reason he posts is so he can give low hypes to games.

    &$#&*$#*&&**!!!!! What the hell is this?! I''m going to the Hero Online site.. I log in and Click the Client Download... It tells me that the game is not installed yet and if I want to download it ( DUH!! That's why I pressed that button! ) and I can begin to download "Something"..

    After waiting for a while I noticed something strange.... I'VE DOWNLOADED LEGEND OF ARES ONLINE!!! How in gods name can the f*ck it up that bad? Has some retardo linked the wrong Beta game to the link or something or am I just a Corky Tatcher that is doing things wrong?

    pah, same here. but if u goto the download section, and click on the download client button, it still says "Client Download will be available on June 14th". zzzz....what? available on june 14th 23:59:59.99??? i'm sending them an email...wee what they have to say about it

    yeah this is a bunch of BS, its 530pm est on june 14th and stilll cant DL jack crap, all it says is client not available to june 14th hmmm maybe it is still may in korea or something, who knows
