your digital key has been not activated??

I just tryed to sign up to the Hero Online closed beta, created an account, got my betakey, but when i tryed to enter the betakey it came up with this "your digital key has been not activated".. anybody else is getting this message??..

    okeeey? let me rephraise.. anybody knows why its doing this? is it glitches with the server or are the beta now closed?

    copy paste it?

    check last digit and space in front?
