  I do belive you can use pre-paid bank cards, Like a Visa Pre-paid bank card. You can usually get prepaied cards at most banks, I don't remember the actually one, but a friend of mine used them for about a year some time back.

  Yes, as long as it's branded Visa of MC and has the standard 16-digit number, it doesn't have to be a credit card, strictly speaking. But it does have to be Visa or MC.
