Patch is stuck

in World of Warcraft

When downloading i gets stuck at about 83% and theres no other places to download (besides fileplanet) plz tell me a fast download

    mine stops at 84% and says tracker could not be reached, go figure i cant reach the WoW site for help =/

    Mine was stuck too....I just let it continue and it eventually finished....though the servers are still down.

    Reconected to the tracker at about 3:15pm est, up to 95% now, woot!

    Patch days suck.

    They sucked in EQ, they sucked in CoH, and they suck in WoW.

    That's life I guess.

    Yeah, I'd do Betty....

    My guild usually hosts an alternative site. Once they post it, I'll link it here.

    If you have a router, make sure you check your port settings with the FAQ posted by Blizzard.

    Mine went to 90% then stopped and said "tracker is not responding".

    If this game wasn't so much fun I would quit a heartbeat. The customer support on Patch days and once or twice on server shut down days is crap.

    Actualy they dont, i have cached techsupport page but every thread i try to open its timed out

    Especialy this one  Patch downloader stuck at 83%

    Whenever I try to open the forums it says they're not ready. And I thought I saw something earlier about blizz shutting down thier forums and re doing them or something.

    They turned it off to prevent unneeded overload on servers by milions of threads like "omg i cant download this patch omg that sux" or they have this lame implementation like in eve-online, where forums are connected (not sure if not even hosted on game server cluster) with game server, so when it is down even forums are down....

    I found it lame coz when the game isnt workin you want to cry somewhere or you just want to check and find what is goin on....

    Hmm i must be noob but for me any forum isnt working,everyone is Forum Not Ready

    Well by every i mean i checked like 5 of them

    I think it is better idea to go sleep,as this wont be up and running anytime soon

    EU proper website still isnt back up either. Theyve got some kind of backup one though which is saying its because of huge traffic.

    Once you get past the wierd low-bandwidth front page everything else is the same, all the forums work.

    Edit: Forget i said this, lol. I think its just for you US WoW players. Only problem with EU WoW is that there is a huge amount of people attempting to get onto the site.

    Edit: I've also edited out the link since theres pretty much no point to it or any of this post...

    They have simultanous launch for eu too? Coz i know that eu was a bit behind us releases.What an improvement

    The downloader is still stuck for me at 83%. Still can't access the realm fourms but can access the technical support fourms.

    This means that packets (simply my computer) cant talk to this 12.129.192.46 server,which is blizzard machine i suppose but cant get past him to actual webserver...got it? :)

    EDIT: yeah forums looks like are workin again, and my downloader is also stucked at 83% I think that tracker cant handle all connections we are tryin to make. lol just imagine if even 20% of all of their subscribers are tryin to dl it,its like 2milion of ppl. And now thats some heavy load on server lol
