Heian - that wonderful mmorpg

Well Heian havent still launched.Snailgame stated that the product was not polished enough for launch.
That makes me wonder 5 things:
a) are chinese players more exigent than the rest of the world? 
b) is snailgame more exigent than the corp making dnl?
c) the LIE about the mocap at the release...was it designed for heian release?(at least the ones making the mocap are Snailgame)
d) will Heian EVER release?

The Heian period (794-1192) was one of those amazing periods in Japanese history, equaled only by the later Tokugawa period in pre-modern Japan, in which an unprecedented peace and security passed over the land under the powerful rule of the Heian dynasty. Japanese culture during the Heian flourished as it never had before; such a cultural efflorescence would only occur again during the long Tokugawa peace. For this reason, Heian Japan along with Nara Japan (710-794) is called "Classical" Japan.
But I still don't know what you are talking about.
There is a thread on DnL forum stating that that Snailgame have not released Chinese version of DnL(due 14th June) because it is 'not of marketable quality'. No new date has been given.
