I think this is totally awesome. The ideas.. Damn, the ideas. Makes me crazy. No other game I have played has had that kind of ideas and enthusiasm. The developers in this game are so cool.
I just can't wait. That's the problem with me. But, I will wait. I'm just glad now we know some more. Good communication in my oppinion. There will probably even be playerowned houses when the time comes. And cities, that you can build and govern. Or even.. NPC made cities that players move into, then there's always someone to control them through political decissions. Hell yea. I think I will try and write some suggestions about this. This would be cool.
Like I asked him almost 4 months ago... "What other games have you played..?" Offcoarse he nevered answered

my personal favorite part of the whole thread. It just really amused
me. Kudos to Mike. I thought it was hilarious how he was argued
against in a very reasonable and logical manner, and what was his
response to that? 'Well, uh, yah, I disagree!!!111 You be wrong!!'
Okay, so I'm exaggerating, but, still.
Anyone else find his
little metaphor funny as well? It's like the DnL fanbois put an almost
religious sort of faith into their game. Too bad, I don't think any
miracles are coming here.
I hadn’t planned on chiming in on DnL. After all the problems they had, I lost interest long ago. I have been keeping track of DnL these past few weeks, just to see how things would go.
And I have to say that I love Ztyx! This guy has kept me entertained for hours on end. I truly don’t know whether to laugh at him, or cry for the poor sod. I love the fact that his answer to the problem is to be enthusiastic and positive about the whole thing. Is Ztyx a bubble boy, having no idea how people and the outside world operate? Maybe he’s into new-age life, and hopes his positive energy will motivate the devs?
Either way, I love reading his posts (well, mostly the responses to his posts). They put a smile on my face every time I read them.
A few oberservations about Ztyx
1) this is the kind of person who believes all the infomercials about how they can become a millionaire from placing tiny ads in newspapers, all from their one bedroom apartment.
2) Ztyx is a hired poster to promote the game.
3) Ztyx is just trying to convince other people to play KNOWING that the game sucks, just because misery loves company.
Personally, I hope Ztyx is just a hired poster to help promote DnL. Otherwise, I really feel sorry for Ztyx.
Yeah I actually got a warning on the DnL boards for posting that about the broken and shoddy skills. And yet when I challenged Serpico on it I never got a response from him. I sent him a good response without a single flame in it and didnt hear a word back at all.

I Hate NP3 and Farlan more than I can say, I still havnt gotten my refund and now I'm being censored yeah thier game sux and they suck thats all I have to say.

Well i guess you are a bit harsh on Serpico now but he needs at least some serious customer service training.
When a mod starts to lock threads left and right, often for no or little reason, he needs to question his own attitude and maybe think about a job change.
But then again most other AD mods are no better.
