I just got this off of betawatchers site, they are due the credit for this, but just thought some would like to no.

For those that signed up for this & were accepted, youshould have your beta2 cd in the post already, or if not then very soon! Happy Bug Hunting.....& Happy New from all the Betawatcher crew!

    that sounds like the thing I've been looking for!

    I really hope that *insert game name here* will be the first game to ever live up to all of its pre-release promises, maintain a manageable hype level and have a clean release. Just don't expect me to hold my breath.

    I applied a few days ago and I really hope I get an email/cd soon. This game looks like what I've been looking for all along.

    EQ did'nt have it, DAoC did'nt have it, neither did SWG. But it looks like the Dev's of this game remembered what the RP in MMORPG stands for...

    well, i have been waiting for beta acceptnce for a pretty long time now. applied at the beginning of beta 1 and tho i got the mail for the beta forum, i am still waiting for a cd / 2nd mail from them. *sighs* i'd really, really like to betatest for this game... could be a very exciting one this year.

    anyone on this forum into ryzom beta allready? well, i guess not, eh...

    I've already recieved my email as well as my log in for the chats. I've been looking over the board and this game looks very interesting.

    Good luck to those who signed up. I will post as much info as I can without it being considered "top secret"

    Signed up for beta testing myself, but I have a feeling i'm not gonna have a chance of testing it. Don't have too much luck when it comes to really picky selectors. ::L^(::

    Well, ... what about the signup on the official website? I recived an e-mail after registering that If I am selected I will get further details about it.

    For the beta you MUST signup but for the beta 2 the next elected people will be chosen by the fan comunity.

    Oh I see,... the address for the official beta signup confused me (http://ryzom.com/beta2/ - note the 2 in there). Well, my chances are next to zero then, only found out about this game a week ago. Haven't really been around those fansites.

    This was the only information a became from ryzom ( i signed in at the 12/12/2003) .. my friend signed in the beta-test at the beginning of january and was accepted two days later .. he is only waiting for the cds which are currently shiped.

    Hope I also get accepted soon :(

    Yes, that is the first email they send you after registering.  Then you must wait for them to send you the email about being accepted into beta which confirms your mail address so they can send you the installation CD.  I think it would be easier to just have it availabe for d/l online...but I guess they chose not to.
