I am playing trial right now, so I can't post in there forums yet. I thought I saw a post there that I can't find now that said that this could be a good multiclass build. Anyone have a link or info on this?

Or go to the official site and read up on the class info there.
However: Ranger/Rogue/Fighter is redundant. Ranger gives you all the abilities (save a couple) that a Fighter gets, and complements rogue well since you can go dex-based. Fighter really doesn't add anything worth mentioning.
Best tri-class I've seen is a Ranger-Rogue-Bard or, better, Ranger-Rogue-Cleric (Since ranger emphasises dex/wis, with a nod to strength depending on your focus, it melds well with both cleric and rogue.. not quite as well with bard since they need charisma and getting 3 main stats high is difficult, at best)
But, since the game is level 10 gated right now being tri-classed makes you fairly weak unless your 3rd class is a token class that you don't advance past it's first level. (I could see doing that with bard, or cleric, just for healing ability or something).

My first toon was a Rogue/Ranger/Wizard. Currently he is level 8. I took 2 levels of ranger for the bow and two weapon fighting feats, 1 level of wizard for the use of any wizard wand in the game as well as the shield buff. (shield bonus of 4 for a dual weilding toon is very nice to have) The rest of my levels are all rogue. All that said though, at level 8 i have really started to find myself struggling in hard and elite dungeon's. I am not as good as a straight rogue, the wands are resisted and saved on all the time, and the dual wield doesnt come close to making up for loosing that AC bonus for having a shield. (yes shield spell helps some, but even extended it only lasts for 2 minutes)
So i built a level 8 barbarian level 2 fighter based on defense. Much more useful in groups, and he dies a heck of alot less.
Anyway i would try and stay away from the trio classes. they are fun in the low to mid levels, but really start to suffer in the high levels. Its a good alt toon to have just to mess around with. For a primary toon, i would stick to one primary class with maybe a splash of a second class just to support the first. (like a cleric/sorcerer, fighter/cleric, or a rogue/bard.)
