Never played too much of the original Ultima game, mostly because the graphics were subpar, but one thing that interested me in the game world was that there seemed so much mystery to it (i.e., hidden quests, tradeskills, etc). The unknown, I think is what keeps these games exciting and compelling.
This Ultima Odyssey game looks interesting. Looks like there will be a lot of "rocks to turnover" so to speak. Hope it is full of mystery.

Will I for one have never played any of the UO's games, but am starting to get interested in UXO. From the looks of this game it could strike up an interest for me.

I agree, there are too many games coming out around the same time. I am debating between UXO and WOW. I played UO for many years and then switched to Warcraft III. I guess it will probably come down to price and monthly fees.
