I WANT to try out the game but something is wrong... HELP!

heliciohelicio Member Posts: 3

I am at the page with the information about me but... after entering in all my information the last box needs me to type the code in the box. The one that says: Please enter the code you see on your left. It is used to prevent automated registrations.

The code on the left is in a purple box with lines going through it. Sometimes the code starts of at a different place.  Anyway, I enter the code and it says:

List of errors:

  • Invalid image code, please try again.

How do I prevent this from happening, so that I can try out this great game? I am sure I will buy it I just want to try it out first. Thanks guys!

Maybe the code is case-sensitive? Make sure you're typing in the correct case, for example, if the box says "m7X3CC," don't type "m7x3cc."

That kind of sucks, it sounds like its reporting the wrong characters/numbers for the displayed image.  It is getting to the point of instead of stopping spambots, that it is stopping humans as well!

Go and ask here. They sure will help you.

    Or write an E-Mail here.

Or get Clients here. And ask the GMs yourself

    Good Luck

Support seems to be very awesome in this game.

Were you able to resolve this?

You wouldn't happen to using FireFox would you?

I once had a bear of a time with one of those codes (different game) and finally I loaded up Internet Explorer and tried it and it worked fine. For some reason, FireFox wasn't agreeing with this code for me.

Nope, technical Forums are public and work even without an Acc.
Wouldn´t be much good if they weren´t, eh?
