Blade Premiered tonight on spike.
im giving this on a score of 1 to 10
i give it a 1.
anyone who can take a character like blade who is a total badass and more of a pussy then axl rose at Vince Neils house deserves to be taken out and shot.
the action scenes were terrible blade had trouble with fights that the wesley snipes blade could have done with both hands tied behind his back with cement around his ankles.
the acting was worse then a elementary school production of 12th night, thats directed by the wrestling coach whos version of good theater you need an ID to get in the door and all the actors are naked.
my god this show is terrible i am boycotting spike for at least a month...

Was it realy that bad lol. From the clips I saw I could already tell that the guy playing blade could not measure up to Snipes.
What ever happened to Wesley anyways. I thought he was an ok actor then he just sort of fell off the sceen. Last I heard of him he was running some martial arts camp out in the woods somewhere a few years ago.

He did Blade 3 just a few years ago..lol. Actually now that you mention it, I think the 3 Blade movies are all hes done in like a decade. Maybe he took the Jean Claude path and went over to Europe to make movies that go straight to video.

Had the PVR pick it up last night while I was at work... what a bust. I'm usually a fan for all things vampire but the show was all over the place, the acting was terrible, the characters had absolutely no life (pardon the pun) and the story idiotic during it's best moments.
I say... 6 shows and it gets flushed.

all they have that i really have seen is them show UFC, Old Martial arts movies, ultimate challenge(the oriental show with the voiceovers i cant think of the proper name), and not much else.
i think its going to stay on simple because its like their only original show, and they have way too much time on their hands.

I think alot of times bad actors can be made to look good if the director knows what to do.
Horrable cut sceens in this first episode they should rework it and write the new blade character out.
I also still think he and Keanu need to jump off the Shitty Acting Bridge together.

and i am not disagreeing that wesley snipes is a bad actor. i agree entirely.
however with the blade movies(first two) it was too much of an action flick and the director made it so his lack of acting was overcome by his ability as a martial artist.
