Blizzard Finally Admits It: No Hero Classes in WoW

There you have it. No hero classes, no siege weapons. Can we move on now?

    Personally I never really liked the idea of hero class's.

    It would have failed just like Jedi in SWG.

    However, I'm more than a little dissapointed about seige weapons they could have easily implimented these in 1.12 with the PvP revision.

    I was looking forward to both.

    A lot.

    Honestly, my only hope for WoW was that hero classes would make my Paladin into something I WANTED to play...rather than the support class Blizzard said they'd never make.

    i hope they add something later on. even with new content the classes are still the same...

    Exactly, introducing Jedis totally fcuked  SWG up.

    Introducing Hero Classes would make the original classes seem like crap. And just like Jedi in SWG, everyone wanted to be one; causing SOE to dump the whole game to suit jedi wannabes.

    It happened in SWG, i dont want it to happen to WoW, so NO to hero classes.

    Ok, so Bliz promised hero classes, but they never said what they would be.  How can so many people be so worked up over something that they can't even define?

    I WANT TO BE A HERO CLASS!!!  I have no idea what it is, how it will work, how it will effect the game balance, but damnit I want to be one!!!  lol
