Server with the highest population?

Hey Everybody, I'm going to start up FFXI again to give it another go. however, I would like to play on the server with the most people playing (as the game is group based). does anybody know which server has the most people playing? also, if you know, a world pass would be very apreciated.

    Hmm...I'd assume they'd all have similar populations, as the game gives you a random server, which I can only assume is one of the lower populated ones to try and keep it balanced. Now, if you want a primarly NA or JP server, I'm sure they have a few of those around, but I never really checked into it.

     FFXI is a pretty good game for being crowded at all hours due to primary player base's being in two opposite time-zones. I can't think of too many times the server population was under 2000, usually more in the upper 2000's.

    All the servers are pretty much equal, I believe they are on a little thing like-a this.

    Let's say you delete your new character make a new character, well you get into Siren, you don't want Siren, so you rinse and repeat the process, Siren again, and again. They might have it placed if one server is low on population it will send you to the lowest populated server.
    Don't quote me on this, but it seems logical.
    Atleast, that's how I see it working out.

    Anybody correct me if I am wrong.

    Fenrir. Fenrir has so many people they're not giving out worldpasses anymore.
