Got this on the boards 5 minutes ago. It got deleted in 2 minutes. I guess the truth hurts.

Alot of people may want a Pre-CU server but I am willing to bet they would accept less if you people would just bend on a few things or change your additude towards certain areas. What a person wants and what they would accept is two different things usually. Here is somethings I think would help this situation.
1. Stop going back in time on the content. First you tried to make this game the Clone Wars. Now your trying to make it KotoR. You have missed golden chances to add present time period content into the game yet you dont do it. Case in point is the armor for the Restuss event. Yes it looks cool but its not supporting the time period. You could have given stormcommando armor or swamptrooper armor. That would be supportive of the time period.
2. Dont go out on a limb with the stories. There are too many errors created by you guys that cant be explained in a game situation. This loses immersion. For example Obi Wan's spirit giving missions to rebels and imperials yet vader never finds out about him on mustafar? Between Ep VI and V there is literally tons of untapped stories just waiting to be explored. It cant be that hard to come up with decent stories. The whole Role Playing suggestion of letting people call themselves Sith Lords or Masters is also apart of this. Change that to just Dark Jedi.
3. Bring in the outdoorsman profession. This would bring back the lost rangers and creature handlers. Put creature resources back in their hands the way it used to be. I have heard so many people that quit this game say would come back if you did this one thing.
4. Switch out loot tables for traders. The more time you take to revamp the less chance you get of bringing these guys back. Just switching the loot tables to include components for weapons, armor, etc that would raise crafted above looted would help immensely here. And I seriously doubt it would be very hard to bring back Tissues, Power Handlers, Armor Segments, and even throw in new things using old art that would help traders. DO NOT kill mining as I and most people know its on your minds to do so.
5. Listen and communicate. This just gets worse as time goes by. Bring back the voting on the forums for major changes and start communicating more.
6. With number 5. Stop lying. I can understand sometimes bad things happen. But since this game has been released its been a constant battle for us with the lies we get told. There is no way bad things happen this frenquently.
7. Stop flitting from one thing to the next without fixing the previous thing. You guys have been doing this since the game came out. You would put something in game, monkey with the bugs only a little bit, then move on to the next thing without fully finishing the previous thing you added. This is why we have bugs from Beta 1 still in the game. And this is also how come you guys find this game so difficult to work with. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
These are just a few things that if you changed or worked on, you would get more players back. And all without having to create pre-cu servers. You know whats wrong. You know what needs to be fixed. And I am fairly sure you know how to fix them. So do it. Stop monkeying around. You want this game to succeed you are going to have to make some changes both in the additude and the game. If you dont then SWG doesnt stand a chance.
Its Star Wars for cripes sake. Only a fool or a moron could do a Star Wars game and make it fail.

It's because that hate hearing the truth or facts thrown in thier face... I should know, I got one account banned this way.
I avoided the ban stick so many times I can't tell you. What my defense was always using facts and honest opinions. I would quote or use articles and news comments to add to this. THEY HATED THAT -- I think I had over 30 PMs in one day as a record, from Devs to Mods... pissed at me for posting things. They had known me as a fan and player since beta, so sure they did have some sympathy with the bans, But this last one I added a comment out of line.
It was from a Galactic Senator that asked "What emotes would you like to see added"... (Yeah at this time this is what needs to be asked... riiiigghhhtt. wtf, that moron asked that and expected people to just forget about how broke the game was I guess) -- Anyway I replied with: "I think you should make one that allows the player to become a SHEEP" ... lol I guess that did not go over very well...
It was my friends account that he paid a year in advance and was up this July -- so it was cool, my main is still unbanned but it was fun while it lasted, boy they do hate facts though... I would ask "Hey how about that 6 month mark you gave for the NGE?" -- Boy that got me about 2 PMs right off the bat lol.

You got a ban for THAT???? And I thought I got the shaft for being banned for breaking a rule they made up 4 hours after my post? I recall a recent remark that a mod let go that was worse than that because even he thought it was funny.

I was banned for posting a link to a review of a movie they apparently did not approve of. the banned statement blatantly calls me a racist and I am no such thing!

if you had somewhere mentioned how wonderful the NGE is and how it has recently cured a blind homeless man in your area they would have just edited out that last line and left it alone.
The only thing you did wrong was not to start off saying " Nah dont worry about the reach around im good, you guys rock!"
