I've tried Rogue and Hunter but I stick to Rogue now. I decided to choose it as my best class coz am more comfortable when acting in the background and it seems its easy for me to play when I just get started playing the game.
ive played every class at the highest level with the ideal items and well every class ive played was fun but you can only play them for a while until you get bored but my own character is a rogue. I like it but it sucks cause right now imo they are under powered even though every one says we stun lock to much that doesnt matter, we stun lock but once we stop as in skill is on cool down we get owned good thing talent review is coming next patch. But depends on what do you like. do you like mele burst do you like healing or casting damage.
Its a tie for me between Night elf Warrior and Human Paladin. Both are good pve, warrior a bit better in pvp if you built him and gear him right. And if you know how to time your heals right, paladins can be tough to beat as well. Paladin pve can kill like 3-4 mobs like warriors but with help of heals. Warriors can to if you build protection and have good gear.
Orc Hunter was my main and tons of fun. I never could raid for gear, but my blues kept me in the game.
I had an alt for every other class to, but after Hunter, my Druid really surprised me. Loved the versatility. If I ever go back I'll be focusing on both of those.
I played a NE Priestess almost exclusively from beta to quiting time a few weeks ago but pretty much tried them all.
The why? It was fun, had a good guild that supported their priests properly, I loved the gear combo's you could come up with for various situations and although I wasn't big into PvP I could certainly hold my own, even with a mostly holy spec sheet. Nothing made me laugh harder then seeing a T1 or T2 geared warrior figure my little preistess was a shoo in for a quick and easy kill, only to meet death with my holy power goodyness .
Besides that, I enjoyed hunter for the obvious reasons, fun to have pets and solo like nobody's business, especially comming from a main priestess player, it's a welcome change to a mostly grouping class. But after priest, I'd have to say my favorite was Mage. I'd never really enjoyed glass cannons in other games but the WoW mage was fun, she could hit like mad, lots of great escape tricks, always usefull to a good group, transportation with teleports was fun and clothy goodness meant good options for gear change ups like the priest.
I like Tauren Druid, Druid is a class wich is great in PVE, can be everything, a good Healer, DPS, Tank. Tauren cause don't know wanted a horde character.

Tauren Shaman
Undead Warlock
Undead Mage
Undead Rogue

all to 60, and i'd have to say that the mage was my all-time favorite. I love spellcasting accompanied with the versatile builds available.

Important Information regarding Posting and You
Favorite class must be Warrior, race doesn't really matter but prefer the night elfs or the humans and the reasons are simple.. warriors are simple
Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?
Druid, because they can be any class in a pinch.
Versatility > Anything Else
And, for the reason stated above, Shamans are sweet too.
