Hey have you lot heard of the 9 Dragons beta testing yet? If not head over to http://www.9dragonsonline.com/, the beta testing haven't started yet but the game looks quite good, if you want to participate in the beta testing you have to sign up first. I know the game was announced on the site not long ago but some people wern't convinced so I shall just talk you through it. The game is about starting of as a peasant in the Ming dynasty and training yourself on the martial arts, then when you are high enough level you will be required to join a clan, each clan has hundreds of their own unique martial arts moves then you have to train yourself from being a disciple to a master of the martial arts. If you are still not sure then look at these screenshots.

They should of used the resources it took to make that good looking video and apply it to making their game look better.

This looks too good to be true. Not exceptional, but reminiscent of other fun MMOs and looks way too nice for such horrible webpage design.

Oh well, at worst, it's email spam. At best, it's an upstart company with mad design skills and no HTML talent. Let's see what comes of it.

For who doesn't know this game is launched by 2 different companies: Acclaim for USA and Persisten Worlds for Europe

That explains some. A lot, really.

Now to see what comes of it. Much as I may malign the website design of a smaller group, they could administrate quite well compared to a large company. That, or it'd just end up a big mess.

Regardless, glad to know this is real and has so much potential.

I found out about 9 Dragons when I found Carpe Diem, they both look like really good games but shame about the bad website designs, that really puts people off. I can't wait for beta to start either and I want to get into the beta because I love beta testing games, it's so fun when everyone starts off at first level and try to get higher level in beginning.
