Last Night Beta Sign Ups Were Busy???WoW

man i had to wait for today to sign up because too many people were accessing the WoW site last night.

     Yeah me too. It was different than i expected. It didn't ask you why you would be a good beta tester. But then it asks like 5 questions about monthly fees.

    ya it was pretty wierd i guess there still undecided about how there going to be charging ppl so they posted that up but im happy cause i didn't have to type out 1 of my crappy "why im the best beta tester that lived" things but theres probably like 1/100 ppl that get in probably higher so im not expecting to make it in the first phase of beta

    that was crazy i went there 5 minutes in, and it would go slow.  my cable modem was in tears, i had to keep telling her it wasn't her fault.  it goes now though..... impatient people suckimage

    There's probably going to be a load of people signing up all week. You're better off trying in a couple of days. Things might have died down a little by then. Then again, it is WoW.

    I hear you man, I hate It when they ask you why should we pick you or whats makes you a good beta tester(You know all of that crap). I never know what to say.image

    Last night was bad, but I had no problems registering this morning.  I'm sure there are no problems right now, also.  People are just going at random times which allows the site to recuperate :)

    Ya it was really bad..Dunno why blizzard notified public of the exact TIME it would be live,lol. Would have made it much better if they just said which week it would take place. Anyways i signed up this morning quickly and flawlessly, no troubles. I don't know why so many people want to sign up the first day, its not first come first serve.

    They just may tell you its not first come first serve...You never know....then again you really dont know if America actually went to the moon either....Hoax if you ask me.

    haha ya the moon hoax. i believed we didnt go eitther but i found a website that explained all the clues. but one clue it didnt mention was the radiation field around the earth which would mess a human up if we were to pass through it. on a side note, WoW rocks!

    Signed up this morning, absolutely no problems. :) Now just the wait for them to collect all the apps, sort thru them, toss the ones who aren't eligible, pick the ones they want, and THEN decide when to start the actual beta.
