Help, Looking for a Good EnB Replacement

I Loved EnB but haven't played it for a long time, the reason I left was that EA was killing the game with lack of requested features Guild Ammenities, PvP and so on
So what I'm after is a middle ground between EnB & Eve where you have the PvP aspect of Eve with the fun & ease of use & Walking Avatar aspects of EnB.
I've yet to find anything. (best hope so far is 3000ads supposed offering.)
Any suggestions.

Did they ever fix that Bug where you'd loose the guild channel between sectors?
