my issue with this game (not a flame)

your prolly going to read something you already read sorry about that. but it wasent by me and this is me saying what i feel. First nothing todo save your self money and go get a free mmo off the web, youll thank your self later. second. NO ITEMS? NO CRAFTING? NO NOTHING....omg who could of thought this was a good ideal? hell GW is less of an mmo (i know i know it duzent clame to be one) but its free per month, and so should this game be. why? cause its boring...its a annoying grind with no reward......before youask if i got past lev 20 yes i did, and i was bored most of the way and i hated it even more after words. but i gave it a fair go. am sorry if you like to play games with nothing todo and no rewards or point in getting hight lev this is for you. am sorry any mmo with out items is a baaaaaaaaad ideal i find my self collecting items as i play and thats a big enjoyment for me. last thought....again this game should be free per month.

    oh thats right the number one come back of alllll time? right? good one. Yes my grammer sucks, spelling ect ect but then again english is not my first lang. anyway ...i dident realize this was school? are you a teacher? so do you have a real point? no...dident think so , god just like the other losers. its sooooo funny when someone talks crap online about someones spelling ect....its just shows how big of a nerd with nothing else todo YOU are. so .....what was this about? oh yeah mmos? was it? so if you dont have something to say about the post? hmmmm okay then simple go get a life so that you dont have to feel so bad about your self you have to go around checking other ppls grammer to make your self feel better.

    1. Free web MMO's usually suck.
    2. No loot is one of the reasons I like the game.
    3. Good grammar is essential if you want to make your point across. For starters, you could try paragraphs.

    i did get my point across, and that still duz not make it okay for people to get on here and talk crap about my grammer, this is'ent school. thats my main point. second is that this is mmorpg.com and when ppl stray away from the point. to what? talk crap? please grow up. if you cant take how other people type or talk. simple dont get online cause everyone is diffrent and noone has to live by your standards. and if you cant do that much, hey how hard is it to keep your mouth shut? not very hard i can over look someones short commings, cause thats what being a person is. noones perfect am not going to not say anything when someone starts crap on one of my posts. unless you can back up your crap talking dont start it. cause in the end it comes down to you, well just being a A hole......accept it and shut, or try to be somewhat of a decent person and keep it to your self. did that get the point across?

    This game is awesome for those exact reasons. Why? Because some people dont have time to do all that crap. Some people like me just want to have some PvP fun with a reasonably unique and sophisticated character. With COV you can make a unique char level him up pretty quickly and begin to enjoy pvp on a reasonably even playing field. With games that have alot of items and crafting you can spend ALL your time just trying to get your character up to speed. And when you finally get to fight another player hes got some "Gods Sword of Planet Destruction" and you die very fast but with a nice special effect i'm sure. In COV as with Planetside the emphasis is more on the game play and not in character development like so many other games. If you are a casual gamer this is one of the few games that will let you play on par with everyone else with a minimal investment of your time. I love it and I have top level characters in many games.

    I'm just so baffled by the logic behind his post that i can't even think straight.  In fact i think half of my brain just exploded out the side of my skull.

    Gathering items is JUST ANOTHER GRIND...

    How would you add items?

    What super hero since the BEGINNING OF SUPER HERO CREATION.  Ever beat up enemies, took off their shirt/clothes and started to use it themselves all the time, and then proceeded to this for their entire career.

    How would you create weapons?  Would everyone be forced to use melee weapons, and ranged weapons?  With no actual super powers themselves?

    And technically enhancements are items, and there are even high level enhancements you have to either run a hard SF or raid a boss for... and thats the closest thing to items a super hero mmorpg could use and still be excepted by the fans.
