HELP!!!

in EVE Online
I signed up to the free trial, and now I can't connect to the server.
It says that my internet connection is possibly down... BUT IT ISN'T
I have been trying since around 1ish (GMT) and still the same
Any help would be appretiated.

    kill the client totally and restart it.

    if you run up the client during downtiime it will not see the proxy and stop you right there.

    even after the proxy is back up after down time..


    REMEMBER  downtime everyday from 1200-1300 GMT

    Still doesn't work
    I am supposed to be going on the "live" server arn't I?
    It says on the login screen that it is down.
    Could this be the problem?

    Currently its online its the Tranquility server By the way. it currently has 23 thousand players online.

    If you still cant connect to it it might be on your end.

    yeah
    if you have a router on your highspeed there could be some port issues
