    I am pretty sure it's a joke news.     I live in tampa.. And it was in the tampa bay times today (newspaper) so i came home and searched it out first thing...
    I'll see if I can find a more legit link.

    EDIT: The more i look for it the less i think that it was legit... still it would be pretty funny if it is true :D
