Ok so let me give you a background on the problem,
I bought 3 accounts back in november 05 (pioneers) 1 for me 1 for a friend 1 for the girlfriend
Couldn't login for 20 some days
now its fixed, but they are saying I owe them 89.97 on each account
LMAO WTF
This is the email i recieved from farlan today, today I will be asking for a refund as well this is bullshit and I will get a lawyer for this, I don't see how this isn't sueable and fraudulent in any country

LOL It kills me every time to see a post on the DNL boards about the problems in billing and refunds and payments, etc. etc. They get pissed off as hell when you post it but gosh darnit! Thats the only way to have anything done! They admit the procedure "could be made easier" or more "clear" but they still leave it there. They state that PMs should be used but admit that if they dont like you or know you, it will be ignored. They ban you for posting the billing/refund/payment thread yet offer no other resolution. LOL Its just too too funny!! (and yes, its my daily dose of humor as there is ALWAYS a new post about it LOLOLOL)
And you know? This recent re-emergence of the promised MAP if you buy now scam is reason enough for a refund and yet youre KOS if you ask for the map or the refund!! BWAHAHAHAAAAA
I hope it will also teach you to never preorder a game, unless you have implicit trust for a company with a proven track record. Even then, it's dangerous.

Sorry to hear this happened to you, but good luck getting your money back. The US has no power for legal action. You'd have to go through the courts of whatever country this company is based in. Contact your credit card company about fraud. They have the legal might to maybe do something about it. Or at the very least, they may give you a credit.
Not completly true , however Click and Buy is not realy a foregin company and once some one cancle their feature "Easy Collect" for Farlan ( this is where you approve that farlan can deduct money for your subscription ) they should not charge you, so whos fault is it.
I heared Farlan have bunch of problems with them and some realy ackward things are happening.
Like people that had problems logging (empty message, account inactive )in needed to send C&B screen shot to them so they activated it. ( wtf ... how can they do bussiness with them if SS is proof

I have said it a thousand times to you and I will say it again:
ANY customer has a right to a refund when the product is unplayable in industry standards. Period. Farlan Ent. understands the processes behind the transactions. They didnt AGREE to ALLOW this: the CREDIT CARD COMPANIES DID. The credit card user has rights. The purchase of a faulty game, one that not only is NOT playable in industry standards but was also FALSELY advertised is grounds for the CREDIT CARD COMPANY to HONOR a REFUND.
As you state,their ALLOWANCE of a REFUND was not a gesture on their part at all but A FORCED TRANSACTION CALLED CHARGEBACK and within the policies of the national and international CREDIT CARD company, they had no other choice. The game is unplayable in industry standards. The game was falsely advertised. The game does not allow for satisfactory customer service. I could go on and on. CREDIT CARD INDUSTRY protects their CUSTOMERS. Something DNL should have known long before they attempted the farce.
I hope it will also teach you to never preorder a game, unless you have implicit trust for a company with a proven track record. Even then, it's dangerous.

I have been following and watching DnL since it was in beta. But I knew that if a company is publishing its first game don't EVER preorder. In fact wait a few weeks after release to buy it. Its simple really unless the company has a reputation for be able (publishing a successful mmo in the past) don't trust them. If Mythic or Blizzard put out another mmo Id be willing to preorder. At least I know they can get the job done. But in the case of DnL I waited and boy was I happy that I did.
And mythic and blizzard and alllll the other companies dont have to steal any technology,call it their own, try to discredit the true creator and owner of said technology.
