Could anyone teach me how if thats possible? Im receiving like 12 MyDoom.A mails per day.

Try going to tools>options
Click on the mail setup tab, then click on the "Email Accounts.." button and following the steps.
I have office 2003 and if you dont then it might be a bit different.
