I was going to say Tetris or The Sims, just because that would make about as much sense as asking about fps games on an mmorpg forum.
CoD2 is fun for awhile but not really team oriented. i think GRAW is team oriented but not sure...

Argh! Someone actually posts with a question other than 'omgawdz I just left wow and what game should I infest next?' and you flame them?? Pick your battles!
The following games have twink fps combat: Planetside, World War II Online, Gunz, Project Entropia*. They all have some sortof levelling system - I dont play too many true fps as it gets a boring to achieve nothing for playing.
*This game is a money scam desperately waiting to be hit by a lawsuit for being an unlicensed lottery.
Huxley is going to be amazing - HL2 graphics and plays like planetside but it wont be out til Q1 2k7 afaik.
If you want to consider 'pseudo-fps' mmorpgs - games where you hold the button down to do damage but dont actually fire, try: Star wars galaxies or Auto Assault. Both should have a trial. Tabula Rasa is coming out Q1 2k7 in this genre.
