Ok guys, where are MMOs going in the future? I'm doing this not only to see what you all think, but because I want to know if I'm missing any BIG titles that have a chance at real success.
I'm not talking free games (unless there's going to be some extraordinary one pop out of nowhere), I want to know a new original game that's coming out that I can play.
I've played WoW, FFXI, EVE, GW, City of Heroes, DDO and a plethora of free MMOs. Here's what I have my eyes at now, I want to know if I'm missing anything that has REAL potential. I'm sick of all the toonish or Asian grind-fests that have no end-level gameplay.
Warhammer - Although it's the same old fantasy genre I feel that Warhammer has always had a more mature audience in the past with a strict rule system. If this is the case I'd be interested in looking further into this MMO. Plus if they get the RvR PvP system to work it'd be great.
Lord of The Rings - Ehh.. I may check it out just in case they pull something out. I'm seeing this as being a fan-based game without much long-time depth.
Neverwinter Nights 2 - Although not technically a MMO, I feel the player built worlds (PWs) in NWN1 developed to a point that surpassed many free MMOs that are out there today. With the boost in ability and graphics I'm hoping that PWs become that much better.
That's about it... Tell me if I've missed any big titles and I'll check them out. Honestly I'm not interested in many of the free/B+ games that are coming out. I want a game that is going to get better through time and have a large player-base.

Personally I am looking forward to Gods and Heroes because I take Latin and i love roman mythology. If that doesnt pan out Pirates of the burning sea looks like it can go mainstream if developed correctly. War Hammer Online in my opinion now has the resources and fans from the original War Hammer series to build on so it has the greatest chance of being the next big thing.
edit: IF DF makes it and has good playability, it HAS the potential to grow VERY large.
Huxley - Unreal 3 engine, basically Half Life 2 meets mmorpg - instanced 50 person pve combat with vehicles & planes.
There are 2 franchises in development: Star Trek Online & Stargate Worlds - both of these should be very lasting for fans of this genre.
Ones to avoid: Tabula Bora, Bora Victor.
