    not to get off topic but i havent played a free mmorpg that i enjoyed yet.  The problem may be that i am a graphics junkie though.

    If you wait a little while there are some new mmorpg's comming out soon that will be free to play, and do have high quality graphics.

    ParaTrooper, knight-online will be free open beta soon, but it will NOT BE FREE to play once its released.  This was stated on Knight-online forum by the GM known as Diliquium.  Just wanted to let you know, as it was posted on the forums today by him.  However they have stated this, I'll copy it to here as posted by Diliquium.

    we're working out billing issues at the moment, but one thing i can tell you is that when it does go p2p, it'll be an offer you cannot refuse.

    This is great because I was looking for some 3D rpg other than runescape to play. Not only do I like anime but I like when I can play anime.

    Problem, It seems to be in Korean or some asian language. Could you e-mail me with how to fix this problem.

    I've got the foolproof solution!  It never fails... and it's quite simple... learn how to read korean.  Seriously though... if anyone asks how to "fix" the fact that a game is in another language it's not gonna happen unless the company has an english version of the game.

    Okay as this is my first post here, im gonna spend a bit of time on writing it for at least two reasons, first being that i want a chance to at least rate one of the gamesl listed on this site, ans secondly to laud the merits of this particular game.

    I see at this point that there have been as few as 4 ratings for this game so far, one of em says "wow, no ratings so far, 10 outta 10"  the other is from someone who i dont think has tried this particular FREE online game, as i never saw him in game......

    In case yer wondering where i am going with this then please read further, its called hostile space, the link to find it at is http://www.hostilespace.com?sponsor=pridefulone if yer interrested in free online games that is, i personally dont see why companies have to charge continually for games u have already paid for to begin with myself, but i guess that is kinda off my original subject, so lets get back from my tangent shall we....

    Okay, before i go further, let me say that the game has a few flaws, the graphics are NOT all that good, and a few things DO need some fine tuning here and there, but remember it is a FREE game as well, and u WILL get way more than u paid for if u register for it and try it for a week or so.....

    As it stands, i started playing it about 8 months ago now, by being encouraged by a friend of mine to get into it, and at first i only used it as a chatroom with a unique, cute little game in the background i soon became VERY addicted to it....

    I have to admit one of the biggest downfalls of this particular game at first is the large amount of time u have to dedicate to it at first when just trying it out, it takes about an hour or so to download it on a 56k modem, but after a week if u dont like it, u can always post yer comments when you rate it, but i also urge u to only do so after at LEAST a week of playing it......

    once again, here i go back to my tangent from before, i dont mind paying for a game, but i do mind paying to play it AGAIN AND AGAIN.  still addicted to my diablo II as well yah know, and i didnt mind paying for it the first time, even the expansion i paid for, but i do mind having to pay for it after my initial payment, but hey thats just my 2 cents worth on that one.....

    One more thing u should note is that the link i provided for ya'all will benefit my particular character in this game, and if you decide you like it you can gain the same benefits from getting new players involved too, so once again i urge you to at least try it and see what you think about it, and dont post ignorant responses based on a mere hours worth of playing or such....
