Account billing problem

in Star Wars Galaxies
Hello everyone.

I decided to reinstall today, but now when i came to the billing of my account problems started to pop up
First of, i couldnt remember my account name or password, so i got them emailed to me by SOE.

Then when i finally logged in it said i need to pay for my account, but when i press the "Manage subscription"
i just get
"Welcome to the subscription process. Successful completion of this
process will give you full access to the game."
And the only thing i can press on is "Activate new account" and the language changes.
So i tried to enter my Cd-key, but it says "sorry this cd-key is already in use blabla."
Would be nice with some help here how to pay for my account

    If you go to launchpad, enter your old info... It will tell you you need to subscribe to play the game / update your account. From there you can select the way you want to pay.

    Heya.

    I am trying to pay for my account through the Station Launchpad.
    I get the same thing if i press "my account" or enter my account/password trying to log into the game.
    Isnt it possible to renew you're account if its 5+ months old?

    I wasnt asking if it was a mistake or not to reinstall the game.
    All i want is some help.

    Wow. Not only they don't care about vet players who are leaving.

    They found a new tactic to destroy their business.

    Now they don't let returning players resubscribe.

    You are entering your user name and password, as if you are logging into the game to play. It should tell you you have no subscription and should allow you to go from there...

    Once you are at the laucnhpad, enter name and password... A screen will pop up saying you need to subscribe, and the option subscribe will be there (just tested it). From there you can choose your billings options.

    If it dosent work from the Launchpad Liny you could always just go to the SoE website. I had to take that route canceling SWG and renewing EQ2.

    You're probably using the wrong station account.  You can create a station account for free that doesn't have access to games.
    I have station accounts that I can't even remember, but only the ones that I used for the game could get me back in if I suffered head trauma and wanted to play NGE.
    You need to find the account info that you used for the game.
