Yeah trials accurately represent the product, otherwise they wouldn't be offered. Enjoy

Might be a cool game but if you dislike core changes to the game every few months (they really dont have a clue about balancing a game at all so they just rewrite the whole game) and you can cope with the fanboys on the forums who harras you the moment you dislike soe (...if you see the name Kendricke then you better be quiet...) eq2 might be for you. Just be careful. They say "Welcome in our world" and thats how they treat you, you wont get any respect at all they just do what they want....and because of that they already had to merge servers..

I downloaded the trial and bought the game. I agree. The trial is a lot like the bought version. The only difference I found was there were more live players playing the trial than there were in game. This is simply because I am in the noob areas, I understand that, but just a heads up.
I also found the game very laggy (more so than the trial). I'm not running a beefy machine, though it is rather high end in my opinion, so I expected it to be smoother than it was*.
I do, however, suggest giving it a whirl and see if it is for you.
(editted for those interested): *If you're interested, I use a P4 Intel "D" Dual processor 3.2 Ghz, 2 gig ram, dual 512 G-force 6800 (I think it is 6800), phys-X accelerator (I do not recommend spending money on one) and 1 terabyte HD.
