anyone here have it or had it?

if so...waht do you think?

i am downloading the demo...i MIGHT get it if i like it...

waht do you do? is it like ao, where u buy ur weps?

or do you kill people, then get weps with ur level?

is there money?

or do you upgrade by level?

    Planetside..

    ok first of all it is a Shoot em up. with experince

    when you start out the game you have 3 traning points ( if i remimber right ) and you can buy skills for em, every skill makes it possibal to use som kind of armor/weapon/car/tank/whatever once oyu have the skill you can just go over and get the item at the equipment terminals.

    ofcorse there are diffrent terminales for some items, and that is preaty much it

    you get exp for killing ppl and taking bases, once you gain a lvl you get a extre traning point.

    there are no money in the game and the equipment is free you just have to get acces to the right kind of terminal

    i was having fun with the game for about 1 mounth then i quit it. but i dit have fun. so if you have the time and the money go ahead, btw i remimber something about a free 7 day trail somewhere. o well you can look around for it =)

    murt dont get it...waste of money.....plus you should just wait for a real mmo to come out which would be ummmmsay EQ2 or WoW...come on now guy...as much as I hate Lineage 2 loving everquest bashers you could even wait for that.....

    I'm really curious what people are going to do if L2, EQ2, and/or WoW don't live up to their rather high expectations.

    Same as always post don't get so and so game wait for so and so game.

    Then they grow old have a stroke and can't play anymore image

    Planetside is an ok game as long as you know its a FPS not a RPG.

    WoW already lived up to my expectations, so I'm not worried. As for L2 and EQ2: don't know, don't care.

    WoW already lived up to my expectations, so I'm not worried. As for L2 and EQ2: don't know, don't care.

    A friend of mine played PlanetSide for about 3 day and said it was the worst mmorpg he had ever played. If i were you save your money and wait for spring.  Also you could probaly upgrade your computer from all the money you save.

    thats where your friend got it wrong its not a mmorpg but a mmofps game.If you come in thinking of it as a mmorpg you will hate it because its simply is not one.
