It would be great if it could never be mentioned here again, I just wasted my time downloading and installing the thing to find out it's no more an mmo than diablo 2's battlenet was.

    The beta forum is not strictly tied to MMORPG Beta's. It is open to any Beta of almost any game/genre of MMOG's.(Massively MultiPlayer Online games). Therefore, do not get mad that you blindly downloaded and installed a program(FPS game) without even checking their site or reading an FAQ for it.

    Err nope, mmorpg:s in every section except offtopic. (Meaning FPS & all other genres go into offtopic forum. Topics tend to get moved if there is a mod with free time/gets reported, whichever comes first.)

    Well if what you say is correct then I can admit I was wrong in my assumption. Although the Origonating Poster was still not being very smart downloading something he had not entirely looked into...How could you not see it was an FPS?

    Let us see: A game where you run around and kill things over and over to gradual increase your experience and money so that you can buy more powerful weapons and items to use in more battle to kill things over and over.

    Throw in some giant rats and a plot about taking back the kingdom and it sounds like just about every other MMORPG to me.

    If you're looking for a bona-fide 'mmofps' then WW2Online or Planetside should be up your street.
