Yes that game is overrun with cheaters but the devs don't care because it's on it's last leg anyway. The best thing to do is not play the game and let all the cheaters fight it out.
Auto-It is a very powerful macro program if you know how to use it correctly and expecially if you're a programmer already. I am able to write macros for any game that make me look like a real person, the only difference is that I'm not there and I can't talk back to someone who tries to talk to me.
I've ran an Auto-It Macro on a game for a week straight without a crash (not saying the game and no you can't have my macro). What effect does the multiple accounts have to do with anything? There is no way to stop macros.

You're mostly right. I just picked it up the other day and started playing last night. I'm only lvl 7, lmmfao. So, technically I have played... lol. But... only technically.

I have seen people do this with a macro program and two accounts in EQ2 as well. The only difference I can see is the financial barrier.
I find that devs. are just making macro programs in game. A good example is Star Wars Galaxies. I use to macro when I was at work and come back with pistol and rifle up high... or whatever.
I actually had my macro walk around, target, sit, shoot, heal, etc. It was sad if you asked me.
Yet a lot of people will use the macro system to its fullest if they can. After that game, I find macros to be cheating to a certain degree.

i wish a few more games would implement skills' systems like eve online's system. i'd like to have a hand at a few more games where macroing skills wouldn't give you any benefit... just to see what it'd do to the game itself and the game's community.
could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?
Comments
please discuss what you think of this kind of thing in MMO's
are they all going to crap with cheating and exploiting?
Why does it have to be Shadowbane?

No sense in playing that game now.

the worst thing about all this is... its a simple fix to change all this but the dev teams will not take them steps tward changing it.
its almost like they want people to keyclone so it looks like there populations are higher
