Interesting, your post is a perfect example of how drugs stunt a persons mental capabilities. You feel the game is unbalanced, you are correct, in fact unbalancing has been a problem in SWG since launch day, this is not something new due to the NGE, you would know that, had you played this game any length of time. Your arguing with a NGE fanboi --- You should know already how they think. You have to think man, at this point if they buy into it they will buy mud thinking it's gold.
Stick to facts, it is the only way they cannot deny problems like this:
"Since the NGE SWG has lost more accounts and never had a lower population." (See this is a fact) -- they cannot deny that at all and hate hearing that because it makes thier "NGE" more of a failure -- OR LIKE THIS:
"There was much to much reading, the game was to complex and we needed to make it easier" -- Now, use this one-- it be littles the thinking of the player now and was said by a LEC/SOE exec and supported as such -- it does a few things, tells you that they want kids more so then adults and they want to make it a mindless game. (Fact based on what was said, not to mention at fan fests etc.. ) Use that one.. it's a insult and half the time people don't know it.
BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!! Remeber use the obvious faliures, sure there is hundreds but use common ones to point out the faults..
Throw in some promises made, if you do that then it is even more fun at times. BUT NOW WE HAVE NEW MATERIAL, use the blogs of Smedely, comments from Brenlo or other things to add to the fact fires.
I actually like to use the awards the game has won over the last year or so -- use those: Such as "The Green Bannana Award" -- that one is always good to throw in as a fact check, or this one "Coaster of the Year Award" -- that is a great one stating the game is not even worth keeping the CD's and is best for a drink coaster.
Pretty much there is a plethra of material to use that cannot be argued, facts are the key when pointing out failure and mistakes. Trust me I know, I have had my share of using them to save my ass on the SOE boards.
Now if you throw in a few comments like, "Well even Raph left and this was his baby that he could oversee and saw this comming (As it states on his blog how he feels about the NGE - (Crap man he is the guy that made SWG even lol) --- So remember-- Facts are your friends... use them as ammo, they are much harder to dismiss and pretty much can't be argued.
To this day, one of my favorite lies was the FRS, lol they told us at the Fan Fest they were working on it and it was almost ready, then they said it in the forums.. THEN they changed the game..LOL
Yep...It was just funny to see them look at us in the face and tell us about things coming, get us excited and that were coming and then they never came-- at all.
I love it when they mess up like that.

I have never said that I am an NGE fan, I am a SWG fan, I enjoy playing the game, after the NGE I still enjoy playing the game, and to me I find enjoyment out of the game still, and SOE is just another company, not the best company, but also not as bad as others. Thank you for your time.
