I'm in game everyday and my server was once bustling server with many a friend and foe.
All i see now are 5 afk dancers, a dozen smack talking kids comparing e-peens outside the cantina "omgz i pwnsor at teh duels", 2 Imps in Restuss playing hide and seek dodging in and out of the stupid amount of NPC Troopers that spwn there now, while 5 rebs try and gun them down.Oh and how I love checking out the new PVP bases only to see theres no one else there but me. PVE FTW
I had a great moment earlier. Some Respec NGE Jedi outside the Mos Eisely cantina. They are all dueling each other (funny thing is they are using grenades in duels). So I strut over cause I'm bored wearing my Elder robe and in come the duel requests. I say "Sorry guys and gals I'm not a dueler anymore. They all laugh and call me a noob etc. I check there pvp ratings 1300, 1400 at most. Check mine 1700 (not my personal best). But then I'm like bah i dont have to prove myslef to these jerks.
So anyway this dude is like come on Duel but with no saber. I said " listen mate It took me one month to grind master sabers I'd like to my saber it if thats ok" He declines. Soo theres this Respec NGE jedi dueling and beating all the other NGE repsec Jedi. He starts to brag "Ha ha I'm gonna be like the best again". I say eh? Best at what? He says I'm gonne be in the top 5 dueler list again. I apologised because I'd never seen him before he gets shirty. So this new breed of SWG players are all ganging up on me. LOLZ noob duel him then Elder lolz what u scared of pussy. I'm like listen guys I had my day in the Miniing outpost dueling I'm not a big fan of it anymore. And they continue with the "hahah yeh you cant duel shit nooob rolfs get with the times."
To cut a long story short I dueled him, Had more then half my life left when he dropped. I wished him luck in becoming teh uber leet deuler. Walked back into cantina put my slippers on sat back lit my pipe and logged.
Those kids in Pre-CU would be fun. No number to tell how high you are. Start walking around in noob clothes and let them send me duel requests. Then show them what REAL combat was like...
That would be fun.
