MMORPG with most members?

What mmo has the most members i heard it was WoW but i wanted to make sure.

Anyone have a clue?

    Its WoW. But youve started a potential flamefest with this thread. Youre gonna get a ton of people popping in here trying to debate the facts and give you the whole "subscribers vs players" argument.

    I looked 'em up but I think I missed a couple... You guys might wanna look but that's what I found.

    Not on this site, but you can check out MMORPGchart.com. I personally think the site is bullcrap, but check it out and draw youre own conclusions.

    The main reason WoW has the #1 subs is that it's owned by Blizzard. That's it. I definitely don't think it is the best game out there. But it is really good for noobs into the MMO genre because it's easy to learn and it guides you step by step to the end game.

    Yeah... Cause Lineage 2, I'd say that a 1/3 of it's population (maybe more) is bots and people selling stuff.  Don't think I've seen a game with more people named sdfkasdfh or some variation of that.

    Heck I use my friends account too sometimes to box so I can get some stuff done faster and setup private creation shops.
