Next Gen Console War

Okay, so it's an interesting topic but let's see what the members of MMORPG think. I looked at the world-wide poll and here's what came up.

X-Box 360: 47.01%

Nintendo Revolution: 36.77%

Playstation 3: 16.22%

This poll signifies what people thnk are going to be the positions of the Next Gen consoles sales by the end of the year. Who's surprised to see the PS3 at the bottom? I'm sure not most of you.

Anyway, what do you guies think?

    There will be a PS3 and a Wii in my house.  Just like now, there is a PS2 and a Gamecube.  That's all I ever need as far as consoles go.

    But honestly, I spend 99.999999999% of my time on the PC.  I only bought the consoles in case something cool came out on them that's not on PC.  Which so far has been Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, and Mario games.

    The XBOX 360 will have the most units sold, because it will have a years head start.  That doesn't necessarily mean more people like the 360, but the fact is there's no way the Wii or PS3 can match two years worth of sales in one year, especially with how well the 360 is doing.  Expected to hit 10 million sales by the time the Wii/PS3 come out.

    Yeah... Its obvious that his question was biased... I voted for X360 also.. since you are right.. no way Wii and PS3 are going to pass Xbox360's 2 years of sales in just a couple months..

    xbox360 will have more units sold, but i wish it had the games to make it more competitive. the xbox needs to become more differianted than as a console which pc games are available as well. more niche genres and titles. although they are getting gta4 other big console titles like resident evil 5, final fantasy, metal gear solid 4 are going to be on ps3. The wii will have nintendo games which have always have the best first party games. xbox360 needs more titles  that fps ones to make it sucessful.

    Personally, I'm happy at Nintendo's come back with the Wii, I grew up with Nintendo, I own all three old consoles and I have to say they screwed themselves when the release the N64 and GC. But, this new Wii is AWESOME! This is Nintendo's biggest idea yet. I love the new Wifi connection they got it'll revolutionize the online gaming industry for console games. Another is their motion sensor controller. I think Sony's a no-class company. They're releasing some new controller similar to the Wii. Bastards. I'm happy to see Nintendo coming  back. But for now, I'll buy the XBOx 360 for one major reason: Halo 3. OMG. Enough said. And I'm definetaly gonna by the Wii when Zelda: Twilight Princess comes out. That game is going to look excellent. And it's also coming out on the GC. Anyway, yeah the next gen. consoles are pretty impressive.

    I'm not looking forward to the PS3 I think Sony screwed themselves. You guys may think they'll be on top but will you by it?
