If you liked the CU at all then uyou will once again love the game, Expertise system is excellent and it will soon placed in all professions. PvP is non stop and has real meaning now.
Jedi and BH are balanced 50/50 either way to win. I was one of the first Jedi and I am here to tell you the game is back and it is great.
Try it out if you call SOE they will activate a vet account for free month to see the changes.

Oh and character transfer takes like 20 mins but Old Jedi you will loose your 3rd slot if you do but I still say do it and come to BRIA nonstop pvp and if that isn't your thing the quests all seem to work now and crafting will rock with the expertise inplace to trader.

creature handlers are back and can train pets to do tricks?
and soe isn't taking money or in control of swg any longer? cuz i remember some high ups at soe pretty much telling everyone to piss off....
could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?
All I am saying is that since the recent changes the game is very balanced, PvP is very fun and takes some skill and well I am liking it now more than Pre-cu or cu. When all the classes get expertise it is going to be very very sweet again.

PST XMazza ingame I'll help ya get rolling the controls, only a couple, have to be key-mapped and what not to play like the old system but it works very well.
and no one is griping about the time it took to make jedi and how you can start as jedi now....
no creature handler. no mixing/matching and creating the character YOU want to create... extremely dummied down classes.
let me know when i can choose my skills and be a creature handler and all the other things that set swg apart from EVERY SINGLE GAME and it ceases to be another wannabe piece of garbage. o yeah, also, when soe loses control of it and it goes to another company, otherwise, they'll just jack everything again.

It's really kind of funny. I usually try to be a pretty moderate voice, trying to see both sides of every issue before I take a position. I find it extremely difficult to see SOE as anything other than the villain in this scenario, though. I'm sure Lucas Arts shares some culpability, but Sony's the one doing all the heavy breathing in the black plastic mask. You reap what you sow, and SOE has sown little more than disloyalty in SWG. It's unfortunate for them that they appear to be much better farmers than game designers.

I don't care what they do to SWG, for better or worse, SOE will never again get a red cent from me. SOE and SWG is dead to me...
Totally agree EvilC. There is no way i'm playing SWG, emulator or day one roll back. The game is dead, SOE can suck an egg and I'll keep looking for a better company to spend my money on.
I wont be buying any SONY products. TV's , DVD players, Nothing !!!!

I was happy for you until you said that...it actually made me register just so I could e-slap the crap out of you. If this is what the population of the new SWG is like, please just play your game and don't attempt further communication with the vets.

That is not true whatsoever. If you do a search on the official forums, you'll find that 11% of the subscribers had a CH.
If you want to go by their Friday Feature listed about 8 months ago as a source then why did they keep the professions lower than the CH in terms of people using that class.
Also, many people hate the CU. They turned it into a leveling system. 99.9% of everyone hates the NGE.
It is the most stupidest SWG game to date now (when it first came out it was decent). SWG takes place months after the destruction of the first death star, Jedi were almost extinct, yet its a friggin starting class now?
Don't get me started on SWG. SOE could write a 827 page paper on how to screw up a game and slowly kill it.
All I have to say is God bless the SWG EMU

This is the only game that has LESS content features, skills and classes and anything else you can think of, then it started with. The game is still completely FUBAR.
