I can't vote for any of those because it's purely what you want to do in the game. Are you interested in lots of PvP or PvE or a number of different things.
What profession is "most fun" really depends on your definition of fun in MMOs.
Until you cancel your subscription, you are only helping to continue the cycle of mediocrity.
Well, that´s what I´m asking for: YOUR subjective opinion, with a motivation of course.
PS: My emphasis is on FUN.
I would have to say swordsman or tka
They can virtually solo all worthwhile mobs. Only takes a few skill points compared with say bounty hunter and have enough to master doc and have a buffing business sideline.
I should now ....i'm a master bounty hunter and can nothing compared to those guys.
BH's are pretty good for picking up roadkill carcasses and selling there meat on the bazaar tho....exciting ain't it!

Hmm, well when it comes to pure combat...
Commando because you can inflict lots of damage, or TKA because you have great specials and pretty good damage.

Tera Kasi Artist is admittedly challenging to attain compared to the other professions. Unarmed IV is... hmm... yes challenging.

True maxi, the 125k xp needed to take novice was awful. In the end i found the magic formula.
Get buffed and head to dant outpost.
Get 2 quenker missions.
Equip you vk
Set a pet or droid on your closest quenker.
While pet holds aggro use berserk when posible.
Set pet on next quenker and do the same.
Use pet to tap lair and immediately tell it to aggro the spawning quenkers.
When all spawns are dead have pet stop attacking and finish off the lair yourself.
For 3k a quenker, 4 or 5 quenkers per lair and 3 k for lair it soon mounts up.

Can't choose just one, so here goes -
Pikeman - loved the KDs, seeing a herd of piket fall down go boom was great
Swordman and Rifleman - God I miss taking out the ol' scythe and tweaked T-21 and hammering some mind down
Creature Handler - enjoyed it so much I moved onto WoW as a hunter for a bit once I became a Refugee
Architect - found the resource hunt fun, always enjoyed having a vendor full of all the variant city structures for the community. Made me feel like I was, in my own way, offering a desired service back to my fellow gamers.
