OMG I just read an article about the game, I sure hope that this game launches and isnt just vaporware like alot of ppl been sayin, it is a dream come true since UO... With better graphics.. ive been dreaming of a game like Darkfall.

Yeah man alot of us feel that way hehe...
I am personally pretty sure it's not vaporware - their funds seems to be ok, or they would have folded by now with all the delays.
I only have my gut feeling telling me this won't be another Mourning/DnL case though. But if they can live up to all the hype none of us really know...
We will have to wait and see when beta comes.
Edit: hm well there is quite alot of evidence to support my gut feeling that this is and will not turn out to be vapour, it was a bad expression sorry guys. Actually it looks as if it will be great, even for one like me who have followed it closely scrutinizing every new piece of info. Only thing we can really complain about are the delays.

Nope. The only thing we've heard about any sort of release date is from: http://the-combine.com/ArticleViewer.aspx?ArticleNo=327.
The general consensus is that the beta will possibly come at the end of this year,but again no OFFICIAL date.

like what? a few screenshots and some really bad looking alpha videos that show a few people running around after like maybe 5 years?

tsr....have you even looked at the game in the past few months?
i know you have inner pain waiting for it, we all do, but the sad part is i know that when it comes out you will be one of the first to brag that u were a loyal fan since day one (as will most of the other skeptics)
It looks like things are picking up. Lots of updates and much impoved gfx. The game journalist that visited their office seemed impressed by their resolve.
If the game is good, I'm playing it. It's got my attention
