Just wondaring if people think that if Halo had more weapons/units/vehicals/stuff to do (because that all comes with MMO's) if youd like to see that with Halo.
There is already two versions of Halo online, they are called Halo and Halo 2. The single player games are by far the worst ive ever experienced in any FPS game, I had more fun playing the origional Wolfenstein. And the only reason people buy them is for the multiplayer.

Just to clear up, nobody plays SWG that you wouldn't get along with, because it seems like you're the target audience.
Back on topic, I like Halo, as well as plenty of other FPS's (Especially BF2). It would be interesting to see another FPSMMO, but it'd have to be done just right, and even then, I'm not sure if I would bother.

I'd prefer a realistic MMOFPS than a Halo-styled one if I'm honest... Halo/similar games combat systems just get me bored as they're so easy to use... RvS on a MMO scale (without ubi-nades/gunlock etc.) would be the ultimate I think...
It would be a stretch. They could do it, because the Halo storyline is robust enough and open enough (although it most likely won't be after Halo 3) to support an MMO. If they did anything it would have to be before the actual Halo games and be more of a Humans vs. Covenants MMOFPS, which wouldn't sell nearly as well I don't think.
That said, I voted no for one reason: I don't want to see the Halo story diluted because of them forcing it into an MMOFPS. The Halo story is good, really good, and generally MMOs can't support storylines with that much to them. Persistent worlds make it hard to keep a running plot. Halo 3 should be the last Halo game in my opinion. Trilogies are always the best. (Star Wars before the new crappy movies, Halo, Half Life just to name a few).

I would rather play a BF2 mmo, but turning a fps into an MMO really isn't the easiest thing to do. I just don't think it's practical, especially because there is already online play and for a good FPS that is all it really needs.

I know what you mean, Halo MMO. Not just Halo Online game, which already exists. My answer would be No.
I'm not interested in a Halo mmo, but I wouldn't oppose it.
