I like it. Although I wish it didn't go so one sided unlike the other two, it is still good to see the final trailer done. Hopefully this means new information on the game in general will be released soon.

But it does kinda make some sense, i mean a priest vs. warrior type class. Makes some sense to me that the chaos won.

Yeah I noticed that the chaos warrior broke the head of his axe off in the priest's side, and then when he knees him in the side, he's actually kneeing the axe head further into the priest's gut. No wonder he lost. Dirty tricks FTW!!!

I thought it was done really well

Yea chaos won, but you cant say it was not a damn good go by the priest, and anyway it balenced out in my eyes, you had the Ork smashing ito the wall, good side 1 bad 0

then the fight between Dwarf and Ork was a draw

Then fight between elf and mage drawn again

then chaos and human good side 1 bad side 1

Just hope that there are some updates soon as Iwould like a bit ore information, no matter what it is

Well they said that the newsletter will be here by the end of the week, so that's either today or tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to it. Probably see girl dwarfs and some more chaos and empire concept art and probably another pair of class confirmation for the dwarfs and greenskins. That's my bet.

Okay I didn't have time for a longer post. The video as a whole showed the violence and dark humour of this amazing world. IT starts with the orc smashing into the wall and continues with the battles. The orc and dwarf locking blades. Breaking a weapon, but continueing to fight, then the elfs, battling with amazing grace. The dark elf greatly enjoying the fight, licking her own blood. Then the battle between the chaos and human. The priest an honorable man probally would never see that dirty trick. I never saw the axe head wedge in him. The priest gets up, while praying , powering up, you think hes gonna make his move then BAM! The dirty chaos kneed him in the side.It was very good.

If you watch the video as many times as I have you notice 2 things that happen to the chaos warriors axe. The first is that the glade breaks off when he hits the priest's warhammer. It's hard to notice, but it explains why the axe head is wedged into the priest. The second thing is that when the chaos warrior hits the priest in the side, the axe head breaks off into him.

When the blade breaks off, the only harmful part is the opposite end which is a spike. When the chaos warrior hits the priest in the side with the axe, notice that the priest is holding onto "something large and rectangular" coming out of his side. Then as the chaos warrior is backing away he drops the handle of the axe because it's now useless.

And then when he knees the priest, the priest again holds the axe head that's still embedded in him.

I thought it was an awesome touch, that not only did the chaos warrior knee him in the side, but he kneed the axe head further into the priest.

PS: Newsletter was announced delayed a couple days ago. I just noticed. It's coming out next week. The WAR Herald has the reasoning.

Indeed, I replayed the video and saw the axe head go into his side, hehe I did not notice that he carried to weapons at the beginning.Also, if you look at his left arm you can see it is unarmoured and has a greyish tint to it with chains around it. With some red,which is blood. I don't know about the rest of you, but at first glance I thought it was hard to see.

Here's a picture of the Chaos Model. It shows the unarmored arm and the whole thing looks amazing and hypes me up for chaos and empire because if you pay attention to the Orc at the beginning, it's a direct copy of the in-game armor, just much much better quality.

So if the chaos armor is going to look "anything" like this model, then that race is going to be jawdropping to say the least.

Amazing! Makes me want to play even more. I hope I don´t get my expectations up too high though so I get disapointed. Looking at their video blog and some development video at video.google has left me with a sweet taste in my mouth however. They seem as inspired as Blizzard used to be... before WoW...

This is probably the first cinematic trailer I have seen that makes me more excited for the game each time I see it. So well done, then again, its from the same studio that made the Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War cinematic, I guess this is one studio that knows quality cinematics.

What, did they all think the entire thing would end in a draw. Heres for all those who didn't want the human to lose. Mythic planned an alternitive ending. The chaos and human fight for about an hour, seeing they are equally matched, call it a draw, have some tea, and the human knifes the chaos in the back. But seeing how the trailer was a little long and that they didn't want to the movie with trickery such as tea+knife=Backstab. They went with this ending.
