Mutiny as passengers refuse to fly until Asians are removed
British holidaymakers staged an unprecedented mutiny - refusing to allow their flight to take off until two men they feared were terrorists were forcibly removed.
It's instances like this that make me wonder if humans should be allowed to exist at all. Fear, and irrational thought, reinforced in no small part by our governments, turning the entire world into a facist state.

Actually, CNN/Fox had very little to do with this, considering they were BRITISH. Our news networks are seemingly a LOT fairer than the American ones... It's the newspapers where the real bias is... Rupert Murdock is a prick...
The real issue here is ignorant white tourists (the kind that often go to Malaga) with no true knowledge of arabs... Beyond anything else, the last part of the story focuses on two 'Arabs' escorted off of a plane. I'm willing to bet that those 'arabs' were not arabic at all, and they were probably not in fact speaking an 'arabic' language. As for the 'wearing heavy clothes' thing... Perhaps it was because they were about to get on a plane, which a lot of people find to be very cold - i personally am comfortable in a t-shirt and 3/4 lengths at -5 degrees C, however, my mother for example, always wears a jumper and jacket if not more on a plane. Or because they were avoiding weight restrictions on their luggage? Or because they were heading for manchester and knew they would need the warmth once they got off the plane and did not want to be rummaging through suitcases when they arrived? People really need to think sometimes...
In closing, f*ckin' white trash...
I personally want to know what the government is doing but it always gets people so friggen scared because the government is always predicting more attacks. I think a lot of the predictions are pretty unfounded and only to get more control of the masses.

Fear is the defining word of modern times extending from the end of WW2. Terrorism is just the new mccarthyism.
Many of you claim to be students of history, but you are amatures. The older journalists know they are just broadcasting the exact same fear they did in the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, and now, low and behold, the 2000's. Sadly, "most" of you posting about society are just seeing the cycle for the first time so it seems "new." Some of us here have seen this same BS, two and even three times. Go talk to your grandparents and see what they think.

Which makes me curious. I have always been told that I am intimidating looking. Long hair, I only shave once a week, a long beard on my chin. I'm part mexican too. If I ever went outside, I'd brown quite a bit. I wonder if I could fit the terrorist profile. I wouldn't put it past people nowadays.

Lol im a dark skinned italian with short hair and dark eyes and im treated as if im a terrorist when i go to certain places, so you must have it bad.
I understand what you mean. Back then it was mostly the Japanese who were feared and profiled and put into camps. Present day is the same story, just with different terms. You'd think people would learn. What's that about forgetting history means repeating it...

It has been bad at times in the past. I used to get followed around in stores, and pulled over a lot. I have heard police use the, "You fit the description of..." thing with me several times.
However, that was before all this terrorism humbuggery started. I don't go out anywhere near as often as I used to. Put me in the sun to cook for awhile, give me a primer-gray car, and let my hair grow back down to my waist and I bet you it'd start all over again...

That terror attack you are referring to was the Reichstag Fire I believe. Though it was never proven that the nazi party started it, it's commonly accepted that they were involved, considering how much it benefitted them.
