Special cancellation and billing resolution links are now available for those subscribers who have had the following issues:- Unable to Cancel Account(s) after August 1, 2006.
- Unable to Cancel Accounts(s) after Augist 1, 2006 and were rebilled.
- Cancelled after July 21, 2006, but who were re-billed.
- Cancelled before July 21, 2006, but who were re-billed.
- Billing problems prior to July 21, 2006, while game was operated by Tulga.
- General billing problems after July 21, 2006.
Please go to the following link to submit problems listed above for resolution:

Please do not submit billing issues directly to individuals via e-mail, telephone or the old trouble ticketing system, as we need all of the information in one place to be sure we are able to resolve issues or make changes quickly.
