What's Up With Main Page?

Are my eyes going blind?  Not everything is up on main page or are the Admins doing a makeover.  The only thing on there  is COH, nothing below it, and to the right is special offers.

    Yes, main page is messed up for me also.  Either they are having probs or some changes are being made.  I thought it was just me image
