Fast pace PVP

Does anybody know if there is a game coming out that will be fast pace PVP like Ultima Online was back in the day? I really enjoyed that type of pvp style alot and hope i can look forward to a MMORPG like it.

From my limited experience in the Taiwan Open Beta for Lineage 2, it just may have the type of PvP you are looking for. It's the only game that has giving me any sort of feel of the old style UO PvP
Considering we had a post some time ago asking for fast pace pvp like UO had I believe your definition of fast pace is not what you mean.
Do you mean the pace of the combat ?If so I think DAoC combat pace has surpassed UO(not counting the drag of the old days too hehe).
If you mean PvP anywhere(minus towns),anytime with all loot system then thats another matter.Though SB has that too.

If you want fast paced PvP, try SWG. Their fights lasts about 3.2 seconds. 80% of everyone are Bountyhunters are Commandos and they pretty much kill any class of profession before you can say "wtf"
Sometimes, a fast-pace PvP can be rather "stupid" hehe

You won't see any kind of glitch based PvP system in a traditional mmorpg these days. I think I know what you mean by fast paced and 3d games just don't allow for that particular kind of PvP that UO had. DaoC has ,sadly, the most dynamic PvP system of all the games out currently with the different positional and timed, moves available, but it still doesn't compare.

SWG a good example why twitch pvp mmorpg can never work.
As long as classes are sifferent there is no way it will work unless you make all combat classes same which is then boring.
You can be a master pistoleer and the master bounty hunter will give you the first shot before he starts and he will still win.
Similar in DAoC.I logged on with armor behind times and let a paladin hit me first and then went into combat mode with my gimp gear/weapon i still won.Just down to class.

mass wars/sieges involving hundreds of players easily... very fast paced involving alot of skill while still rewarding ur hard work and leveling...
i think its deffinatly gonna make a new standard for clan wars in MMORPG's
