  The official forums are going to be for testers only (and in retail, people who own the game), if you got into the testing then your lucky .

  When the community manager starts full time in September we should see things moving however I don't think we will hear anything until late September (or so I've heard).

  There will be no official forums - The beta test forum is for beta testing.

  Instead they will be putting information out at various community sites/forums.

  That's the testers forum.
  When the beta starts it'll be the place for beta testers to pass info around.

  Tabula Rasa CM, CuppaJo, has said there's not going be a centralized forum for TR.
